September 1, 2023

Today I got strangled to death by dad. It started when he taught me S=F(t), if D=20t, S=F(t)=20, which is okay, but when he started to beat me up, I collapsed. Later, he found me looking at a wall and crying. He hit me on the the head in the same spot so many times that I think I have a permanent dent in my forehead. Also, he stretched my ear until the veins practically broke into half. Then, I was just trying not to break down any longer. Then, I got my revenge!! HA HA!!

September 2, 2023

Today My friends came over to play, like Ru-shan, Ru-song, Gram, and Tuan Tuan. We first played soccer outside, and we just held a contest of who got more points. Then, we went in and ate pizza for dinner. After that, we played games. Then, we held yet ANOTHER CONTEST about rocket launching. Then, I ate an egg tart, and ate another one, and had a stomachache.

Today I watched dad play Zelda. We teleported to a high place, and parachuted down. But, I got into a fight with a laser monster! Dad loaded back to the tower, and this time let me try. I parachuted down, and used my shield to block and then bounce the laser back. Quick and easy hack! Then, we did a Shrine. I did it myself, except dad got the last part. You slash the thing a few times, and in goes super fast and breaks the wall to the finish!

Today I went outside to play badminton with Grandma. Turns out, after so many years of not playing, Grandma still remembers how to play. I first hit the ball to grandma, she hits it back with a PING PONG PING PANG and with a WHIZZ from me, I win! Badminton is actually not that hard! You just have to practice and never give up. It was hard at first, but you have to think about how to hit the ball, how to get it, and how to stand in place.

Today I officially started trading Pokémon cards. I just gave a few dollars for 5 cards! And, turns out, after seeing my cards, my friends were all wanting to trade with me. I said no, because all of those cards weren't as good as mine. William then asked me if I gave in for 2 Pokémon cards for a Tag Team, and I said yes, because Tag team, I've wanting it for so long and NOW I GET IT!! YESSS!! Well, William says he'll have to think about it, but by Thursday, he'll make up his mind.

Today I gave my Salamace VMAX and Charizard VSTAR to William in change of a TAG TEAM with Charizard, Venesaur, and Blastoise. The health was 400, and had 200 and 300 damage. But, the best thing was... IT WAS GOLDEN AND METAL!! I've NEVER had a metal card before. But, I gave him Morpecko VMAX and got the Charizard back. I offered him a Charizard for a Japanese VSTAR. He said he'll think about it. I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT IT!!!!

Today  I had a new chess class. It was a momentum struggle to open the window for my class. It was actually NOT TO BAD!! I answered one question after another. It was feeling good until It was time to play against others. GULP. I always mess up after games. Turns out, I was playing a 1000!! Why me!? I always thought I was unlucky, and here I am, playing against a 1000 with NO PRACTICE! Still, I tried my best, and lost. Classic ending to David v.Goliath, when David messes up. BLELELELELELE.

Today I played a practice match with dad. I was black. Black is right White is left.

Today I went to a chess tournament at Lakeside, Bill Gates's school! In the first round, I beat a girl that gave her queen away. Well, duh, how else would the win be so easy. Anyone can beat a grandmaster when the grandmaster only has a king and you have a queen and a king. On the second round, I lost. On the third round, I lost again. The fourth round, I auto won. And the fifth round? I won against the all time champion, Natalie! So, after I won against her, I got third in the 2-3 graders group. Then, I rushed to my soccer game. I blocked a few times, and the game was over. Super quick! After that, I got snacks, like gummies, chocolate*, popsicles, and GADORADE! 

September 10, 2023

Today I am doing reading, and hoping I get a perfect day. Now, I am going to play soccer. Pass back and forth to the wall 124 times. 1,2, skip a few, 121, 122, 123, 124. (repeat) Done. Now, I am playing some early games, since yesterday I didn't play games. Now, dad and I are going to swimming at the YMCA. It's awesome, but the water is SUPER COLD. That is the MAJOR letdown. Anyway, then at 8:00, I was done with everything, including games. Then I went to sleep.

Today I arranged with William that I will give him a Charizard VSTAR for a Metal TAG TEAM GX. I said, "Isn't Pokémon banned?" and he replied back with "we'll trade em' in the bathroom." I was like "You sure that we can still trade Pokémon even if it's banned?" He was like "oh yeah, it's fine all right." I mean, we were friends, so I trusted him, but I had a slight feeling that Somthing was going to be wrong. Anyway, I need to finish this quick so I can sleep early!

Today I arranged something else with William. We did rock-paper-scissors: if I win, I get 9 Pokemon cards. We did it again, for fun, but I canceled it. I GET TO PICK 9 FREE POKEMON CARDS! But, I think I'll have a card pack, because it has more cards, but I think if I pick, I will get stronger cards. I will get a pack. A gold pack. I think there might be better stuff in gold packs than normal. And maybe more cards. I will pay 1/3 of the money, and William will pay the rest!

Today I bid for a Charizard DX (I actually have no idea about what it means) that William was going to give me. I won the bid, and at recess, William said the bid for money was actually a joke. I get to have a free Pokémon card by doing nothing! Really, I checked the card, and it was okay. Not like my best (a tag team with Charizard, Venusaur, and Blastoise) , but still better than my worst. It was pretty interesting, and it looked kind of cool. Oh yeah, William left the cards he was going to give me in the car, so it was delayed. But, I'm still okay with it.

Today I don't want to talk about pokemon for the past 3 days. (just an update, William can't give me his cards. but, he can give me a gold pack in Oregon. Maybe I'll make him have another bargain for the unlimited pack) Anyway, dad is now searching for games like Spirit Farer. And, Dad scolded me again because I have no brains. Now, I'm really looking forward to going into bed because I'm Angry. 😣 And I'm sleepy. [YAWN] I am going to sleep.

Today I went to soccer practice late. That was mostly because mom was late to picking us up, and it was heavy traffic. Yeah. So, when I got there, it was warm up still, and I did pop-and-play pretty well. I even managed to get 2 pops and a play!! So, after that, we did the drill - a Two v. Two in a tight space. We won the first round, tied the second. After that, we played infection tag. In the first round, I didn't win. In the second, I was one of the survivors. Not bad!

      HOW JOHN D. ROCKEFELLER BECAME RICH

John D. Rockefeller and the Clark and his brothers founded Rockefeller & Clark, a oil drilling company. At that time, it was easy to get oil, Rockefeller's company had a steady stream of profits already rolling in, but Rockefeller wanted to compete for oil straight head-on.

Rockefeller's plan was borrow a ton money, and expand his refinery. But, there was one problem. The two Clark brothers didn't agree. So, said by Clark's lawyer, they had a bid. Eventually te bid got up to $70,000, and Rockefeller bid 72500 for the win!

Now that he was in total control of the company, they expanded until they were the biggest Company in Cleveland! And not only that, his company would grow all the way until the size of the . . . GOVERNMENT!!

After Rockefeller was done with his company, he started another company with his brother, called the Standard Oil Company. He, like his other company, invested to make the refinery bigger. He also asked the 26 small oil companies to join him. 22 did.

Today, standard oil has split into 3 main oil companies: Chevron, Esso (renamed Exxon) and Mobil. (Fun fact: did you know that not only are these companies gas stations, they actually also drill for oil the same way Rockefeller did!)

Today I ran the SPARTAN 1 mile race. In the start, I was like: "Oh Flip" and that when I got there, this is what I thought: "Oh man oh man oh man" And then, when I saw the people I was competing with, I went like"I don't think I can handle this". When the race started, I noticed that all of the players weren't very fast. And, after the mud waddling, I had beaten 85% of all of them. Now, I beat everyone else to the point where I was 5th place. Then, I remained there, and I got a nice shirt and medal!

Today I played soccer with the B14 Elite. They technically weren't that much better than us. I met my old friend Leo, Ayush, Riordan, and Riche (I was on Leo, Ayush, and Riordan's team for the WPL, I trained with Riche) It wasn't THAT hard to keep up, but it wasn't easy, ether. We had a scrimmage, and we stayed on the field for the longest. We almost were on for the whole time, but the coach got us off because he wanted to let others have a chance. Blah.

Today I went to chess class. We did a lesson about rook and queen checkmate, and queen and king checkmate. I know it. Then, I had to play against my COACH!! I mean, really? He obviously beat me. Then, it was pretty much time to leave. Before mom picked me up, I met a 1st grader named Miles. He agreed to give me a pokemon card for 2 snacks. Guess what the pokemon card was? NONE! It was described as a "big flower monster". And the health? 438. Damage?  600. So, next week, I bring 2 snacks and I get it!

Today I just noticed something about dad: he likes Kyle more than me. Reason number . . .

1.When Kyle does something wrong, dad doesn't blame him. For me, the opposite.

2.When I tell a secret to him, he tells mom and dad about the secret.

3.NOBODY EVER NOTICES THIS THING!!!! NOT FAIR!

Today when dad came home, he found out that me and Kyle didn't do our homework. He got really mad, and . . . you know what happened. Me and Kyle were forced to to our homework, no snacks the next day, and we both got hit twice. Then, I remembered the hit+shout tracker. Here, I updated it a little over the summer...

Hit: somewhat 20ish times over the summer (and dad wasn't even with us much)

Shout: somewhat 30ish times over the summer (he normally doesn't shout very loud)

Today Tyler came over to play!!! We first ate dinner, then we went upstairs to play games. We defeated Bowser and opened a new land. It was pretty simple: at the showdown, we kick the bombs that Bowser throws at us while dodging fireballs. It sounds simple, but it isn't. The road is pretty narrow, the fireballs are big, and the TV is NOT very big at all. But, we were a team of three, and it was all down to me, where I kicked the bomb that exploded his car. Then, he fell in the river and got blasted to Jupiter.

Today I mad a soccer game against XFPS (Liverpool whatever they are called) . We started at the score of 1-0, us winning. Nobody was super excited, because we were also like this in all of our games (except little Warriors) . Then, they scored a goal, and another, and another. When things  couldn't get worse, Peter (our other defender) scored a goal from halfway! He just booted it, and the keeper wasn't paying attention. Final score: 2-5, we lost.

Today I went swimming. I didn't want to swim, but dad said we had to. So, when we got there, I switched on my swimsuit, and got into the water. It was cold, so I started swimming. But then I noticed something weird. I saw many dirty things floating around in the water. I was like, Whaa? So, whenever I reached the shallow end, I didn't go all the way to the wall. I didn't have to, ether. I was a good enough swimmer to tread water, and I just played after that.

Today I had soccer training in the rain with my friends. It was NO FUN AT ALL. First of all, My clothes were SOAKING WET (both the inside and the outside shirts) , I didn't have a towel, no extra shirt, and in a wet car with dad very comfortable inside the car the whole entire time!! NOT FAIR AT ALL! AT LEAST BRING ME A TOWEL OR SOMETHING! You see, Leo had a towel+extra clothes, Theo did, Luke had extra clothes, Just not fair.

SEPTEMBER 26, 2023

Today I went to chess class. Oh yeah, Miles found me and asked me for the goldfish and pocky, I said next week. The truth was, I didn't really remember the deal very well, because I didn't do my homework, nor my cursive, or my language arts. 

Today, my teacher told us to have 25 points to spend, and I was paired against Elon. We didn't really get time to finish the game up, and Me and Elon didn't really like custom games (what coach told us to do was actually a chess variant on chess.com) .

SEPTEMBER 27, 2023

Today I also had to play soccer in the rain. Again. For the second time. BUT. This time, I was armed with a towel, extra clothes, bread, and banana. I got to practice by Aruck's car. It was a Tesla, and I didn't know how to open the doors and stuff. In our Acura, there are handle's you pull, and then push the door with the lever still in pulling place. When in they're car, you just hold a button, and push the door open.

Today I got a get-out-of-jail-free-card (well, not exactly, but we only had to go for half a day) ! When I got home, I did piano (I barely survived the end) and I read the finishing touch for Spy Camp. After all the work was done, me and grandma went to Walgreens to buy some Pizza, Pringles, Beef Jerky, and chocolate TWIX. Oh yeah, TWIX is my favorite. It is my personal favorite. It is sticky and tastes like peanut butter. Of course, it has chocolate. And I'm done.

Today I had a soccer practice. There, we had the most epic scrimmage ever! I was on pink team, but I saved tons and tons of goals and I did the most fantastic pass to Aruck, and he scored! If you ask me for my opinion for this scrimmage, I think it was way to easy for my team to literally beat them up super hard. I did okay, because I did miss a few passes, and I did lose the ball once, but other than that, I think I did well!

Today dad downloaded a Game called Arena of Valor. It's a fighting game where you and your teammates\minions go destroy towers. When you've destroyed all the towers, you move on to attack the core: kinda like your brain. After you defeat an opponent, you get coins. You can then use those coins to buy different types of heros. The heroes all have different powers.

AHHHHHHHHHH!!!! I HAVE SO MANY DIARIES TO WRITE (although it was my fault) , AND I'M BREAKING DOWN! By the way, I'm doing good in school. I'm exceeding everything, making friends, and having fun! I was doing good, and William just said . . . I'm not your friend. I mean, like, what? Why? Dude!
